The Orthopaedic Residency conference schedule
includes topics of Basic Science, Pathology, Hand, Spine, Pediatric
Orthopaedics, Trauma, Arthritis, and Grand Rounds. There are
generally 4 conferences per week with subjects given on a rotating
basis. There is a Basic science lecture on Tuesday mornings followed by a core lecture series and OKU review (July through November) and Fracture conference (December through June). There are attending staff to provide supervision at each of the conferences. Residents are provided a reading assignment for most conferences. Residents and faculty will meet monthly for M&M conference, journal Club and Grand Rounds.
